      Good Work Life Balance Brand Value If lucky you can get to work on Some cool projects, though not all get the chance to work on them People i got to work in various projects were extremely smart and were very good co-workers

      Not much career growth opportunities Not many projects to move across A few projects use very outdated technologies. Very frequent management changes

      Pros

      HP Inc is a great, long standing company with many smart, hard working people. The culture is one of inclusion, collaboration and 'we are in this together'. Benefits are great and there is an increased focus on work-life balance, although that is very organization-dependent.

      Cons

      The constant threat of WFR that is not performance based but rather 'wrong place at the wrong time' makes top performers want to leave.
