      Pros

      To work for and at HP was my dream when I was a student. This is really nice place, with nice people, good social environment, flexible working hours, interesting job, working with multi-national colleagues, having a lot of benefits and wellness programs.

      Cons

      The processes are very slow and heavily. The salary is not competitive to the other companies in this sector.

      It needs to invest more in the IT tools which can help people do their jobs better and faster, there is still a lot of useless manual work being done.
