      Global, 75+ year old company reinventing itself

      Pros

      The company is reinventing itself. There's an openness for doing things differently. People are high integrity, kind and collaborative. Deep technology and surprising amount of innovation that's not always visible from the 'outside'. Plenty of opportunity to contribute at every level.

      Cons

      Financial health/growth will be an issue for a while, so you need to be willing to work hard in a 'turn-around' environment
