      Lots of hardworking, talented, and intelligent people to work with. Great company culture (trust and respect, integrity, open door policy, flexible hours).

      Cons

      Company continues to cut cost year after year, this is not sustainable.

      -Responsibilities are given by management from the beginning -Great international environment, perfect for practising languages -Great location (central and next to the park)

      Cons

      Not so many cons, apart from the typical ones in recruitment (candidates who don't show up, difficulties in filling positions) but management is usually understanding and offers to help find solutions. The objectives are bit high and sometimes difficult to reach, so you don't get bonuses often.
