      Career Opportunities but lack of risk taking

      Pros

      Scale: the company operates on a scale that is matched by very few. Provides opportunities to move between roles for career-advancement. Great at hardware in print business, PC industrial design, upcoming 3D printers

      Cons

      Lack of risk tolerance: outside of 3D print, not much innovation is happening. Cost cutting on the infrastructure of the company will come back to bite them. Equity is weak.

It's true, we had a tough Q1, but it's worth mentioning that we continue to lead even in soft markets as we have maintained our #1 or #2 position in 48 of the top 50 countries, and we introduced new products that have already won awards and have been acclaimed by global press and analysts.
