      Pros

      Great people and pay for the area. You are encouraged to rotate and try new jobs and do have great opportunities to pivot and try something new.

      Cons

      High turnover/rotation in senior leadership. New leaders want to come in and change to what they want. Constant reorgs and very limited resources. Very political environment, with gatekeeping being very common. Also have massively rolled back DEI efforts so not as progressive as they claim. HUGE amounts of sexism/racism.

      Pros

      The pay is good and the coworkers are awesome.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. There is zero work life balance, and no real leadership. The higherups definitely do not care about their employees and do not listen to concerns brought up. You are treated like a commodity.
