HP has a very diverse and inclusive culture. It is great to work for such a wide known brand such as HP. There is room to grow in your career. There is a lot of opportunity to make money as a sales rep as well if you perform well. The people who work at HP are supportive of each other and it is truly a team environment. The work life balance is fantastic as well. The company cares about their employees overall wellbeing.

Cons

If you are not willing to move then your career options are limited. Every company has its challenges and HP has its own with their internal tools and processes.

Pros

HP invests heavily in it's employees at every level. The opportunity for growth isn't just available it's encouraged. The sky is the limit regarding the ability to advance in your career... additionally, HP is just about everywhere in the world so you have options there as well. Lastly, HP doesn't do anything that doesn't substantially contribute to community and global society either with it's products or with it's honest approach to business. I couldn't ask for a better place to live out my career

Cons

Because this company is so large it takes a bit more to steer the ship in a different direction, not a bad thing in my mind, but some would view it as a slower pace of engagement overall.

Pros

Good pay, great benefits, awesome culture, good people, room for growth, interacting with lots of different people at different sites all over the world, lots of opportunity to give feedback.

Cons

Training is less than sufficient; lots of your best training will be on the job and from coworkers. Lots of processes changing right now that are affecting ability to do job well which can be frustrating on commission pay. Sometimes teams lose headcount and we're expected to do more with less.
