Pros

This is an exciting place to work... We develop cutting edge technology and it's rewarding to see the output of our work get used heavily in production trading systems. Its a fast paced organization, but the culture is still very relaxed and fun. Having come from a larger company, it is refreshing that pointless meetings are non-existent at HPR. We are able to stay focused and the work is really interesting. Ping pong games are competitive and plenty of food in the kitchen.

Everyone is super welcoming and it is a truly collaborative and accepting space with a work hard play hard ethic (cliché, I know but an accurate representation)
