Great compensation, work ethics well maintained, challenging and fast paced environment.

Cons

Nothing to share as of now. Totally appreciate the management and their efforts to keep the ball rolling.

Pros

* Steady paycheck because it's funded by the founder's other company which has been around for years and has steady revenue.

Cons

* Lack of discipline in product development, coming from the top * Empty promises to customers and frequent pivots * A belittling culture with the exception of a few people

Pros

- Amazing, friendly people always willing to help and answer million questions a day - open-space type office with lots of action and a dynamic atmosphere - flat hierarchy - lots of learning, traveling - coworking with an international team - the kitchen is fully stocked with coffe and fruit - free lunch daily - lots of teambuildingy type events

Cons

I'm a little surprised at the level of flexibility with souch rough deadlines and maybe a little too much improvising. However, it seems to be working and people seem to be really easy going and not stressed out so maybe that's not such a bad thing after all. It just takes getting used to.
