* Steady paycheck because it's funded by the founder's other company which has been around for years and has steady revenue.
Cons
* Lack of discipline in product development, coming from the top
* Empty promises to customers and frequent pivots
* A belittling culture with the exception of a few people
- Amazing, friendly people always willing to help and answer million questions a day
- open-space type office with lots of action and a dynamic atmosphere
- flat hierarchy
- lots of learning, traveling
- coworking with an international team
- the kitchen is fully stocked with coffe and fruit
- free lunch daily
- lots of teambuildingy type events
Cons
I'm a little surprised at the level of flexibility with souch rough deadlines and maybe a little too much improvising. However, it seems to be working and people seem to be really easy going and not stressed out so maybe that's not such a bad thing after all. It just takes getting used to.
