Pros

Helping people when they are at the lowest point in life.

Cons

To many to name them all but let me name a few: 1. Managers- The will work you into the ground will not care if you get hurt cause they are most likely the reason why you did. Safety- What is safety at this place? They have no idea about safety. To them it’s a joke.
