Pros

I have been working in HRU tech as a contract employee to other company. HRU employees are easy to contact and no issues with payroll. But waiting for a better opportunity to come out of HRU.

Cons

I never recommend to anyone with some talent, HRU never honors talent, they give very under-pay and no paid offs or vacations. They just work for their benefits only.

Thanks for the feedback, I know our back office team prides itself on their service. We definitely don't think you're 'cheap', unfortunately, sometimes clients only have a certain level they're willing to pay for a certain position. I would recommend contacting your Account Manager to help you with this issue. Every employee we employee has the option for paid time off, or they can choose to take a greater amount of pay instead of PTO. If you would like paid time off, this is something you can discuss with your Account Manager as well.

Will not do anything but give excuses Took away paid holidays and made you earn PTO days when the law changed

We did not take away any paid holidays. We went from a dump PTO policy to an hours earned PTO policy. At the end of day the amount of paid time off is exactly the same, it just shows up differently throughout the year. I'm sorry you were unhappy with this policy.

Ouch! I own this one, obviously. Sorry, you felt like experience didn't work out for you. I thought we were able to teach you a skill set that you could take anywhere and have a fantastic career, here or anywhere, and I think we delivered on that. I think we offer an environment that allows you to learn and earn, without micromanagement and encourages great performance. That's not for everyone.
