Pros

I have been working in HRU tech as a contract employee to other company. HRU employees are easy to contact and no issues with payroll. But waiting for a better opportunity to come out of HRU.

Cons

I never recommend to anyone with some talent, HRU never honors talent, they give very under-pay and no paid offs or vacations. They just work for their benefits only.

Thanks for the feedback, I know our back office team prides itself on their service. We definitely don't think you're 'cheap', unfortunately, sometimes clients only have a certain level they're willing to pay for a certain position. I would recommend contacting your Account Manager to help you with this issue. Every employee we employee has the option for paid time off, or they can choose to take a greater amount of pay instead of PTO. If you would like paid time off, this is something you can discuss with your Account Manager as well.

Pros

Working at HRU Technical Resources, Inc. has been a really positive experience for me, especially being part of the End of Line department in the GM automotive space. From day one, I’ve felt supported — the team is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about its employees. One thing I really want to highlight is the immigration support. The whole process was handled smoothly and in a timely manner, which made a big difference for me and my family. Special thanks to Teresa Carper, the Vice President of Operations, who has been an incredible leader — responsive, supportive, and always willing to listen. This company understands that success doesn’t happen overnight — it’s a long journey, and they’re in it with you. There are good opportunities for growth, and they take employee feedback seriously. Sure, like any company, there are some processes that could be streamlined a bit more, but the overall culture is focused on improvement and making things better for everyone. If you're looking for a company that treats you like more than just a number, HRU is a great place to be.

Cons

- Could focus more on the benefits
