Very nice and helpful team members for the most part

Cons

Extreme lack of financial resources! Not enough sales people selling the product resulting in minimal new business coming in and the employees (that work their rears off) pay the price. No 401k match, no severance, minimal raises and bonuses given. The employee incentives are a few free lunches throughout the year.

Flexible work scenarios - working from home. Deltek integration project has been near flawless - our family in VA listens and responds to our legitamate work needs to ensure we are in sync and providing an exceptional "product experience" for our clients.

Cons

Leftover "HRsmart-istic" tendencies. Departments show fractures and some signs of segregation / attitudes of eliteness. An lingering viewpoint (not Deltek)..that some EEs time is less valuable than others, thus their opinions do not receive the same level of attention or priority.
