Pros

Decent enough people, pretty reasonable pay and benefits. Lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Processes and procedures change a little too frequently. Call center is pretty much a meat grinder; other departments seem a lot more stable. Work/life balance seems to vary from position to position (mine is pretty good).

Pros

Managers were nice, the office space was new at the time I worked there, so everything was nice and new.

Cons

Because the call center itself was new, as well as the computer systems, etc., there were a lot of issues with with trying to fix things that ended up impacting customers, which was unfortunate.
