Pros

Management truly appreciates feedback and the ideas of other workers. Ability to engage in dialogue about processes in place in order to strive for efficiency.

Cons

There's a lack of emphasis on career advancement and the method in place to do so is a mere requirement which is why it is done at all. Tools provided to perform job efficiently are severely lacking as a result of upper managements disconnect from the majority of the workforce, despite personal meetings and town halls.

Pros

Fast growth, great people, great benefits, salary ok too. They do try to help you on anything that is going on your personal life.

Cons

the pace is very fast due to the growth, so not many managers looking after the people. The parent company is awful. They are under heavy just cutting, which doesn't affect the HSA division, but messes with the moral of the people there, which we have to work with daily.
