Terrific global presence, especially in Europe. The international opportunities are plentiful and their support of international management and training programs is very strong. Solid and competitive pay. Excellent Work life balance.

Cons

HSBC's recent decision to reduce their North American footprint and consolidate global business models has significantly reduced its domestic opportunities. Perhaps in a few more years, once their domestic strategy has taken shape, the US will again be a vibrent outlook for HSBC employees.
