Pros

Diversity, open, vacation (Time Off 18 days with1-3 years of service, 30 days with 4-10 years). The compensation benefit is okay. Working From Home 1-2 days/per week.

Cons

Business not running well, downsize, re-organize in the US nation wide. Due to lack of the workforce, workload could be hard.

Pros

Decent time off after 10 years of service

Cons

repeated Reductions in Force while open positions go unfilled for months on end. Instead of promoting from within, outside people are hired and employees that want to move up get passed over.

Pros

Ability for remote work, some flexibility in actual hours worked, excellent benefits

Cons

Management pays lip service but doesn't follow through; work/life balance is a joke when you are expected to attend conference calls with people on the other side of the globe with no consideration given to what time it is for you. Have consistently been praised for quality of work, but that is not reflected in salary increase or bonus - only in piles of work being added to my plate. So much bureaucracy you spend more time on governance/documentation than you do on your actual job responsibilities.
