Pros

Benefits are average to good

Cons

Lack of direction in the retail bank, lack of knowledge- the senior management team, the branch staff, the compliance group: all are generally clueless with no understanding of the products clients have and no communication between business lines.

Pros

401k match and vacation is good.

Cons

Senior management tends to change their minds on many decisions made, which makes it difficult for employees trying to deliver. Culture is suppose to be transforming, but not sure how it's being done without a change in senior management.

Pros

The CEO is a absolutely phenomenal leader and has a clear vision for the future.

Cons

There are a number of really toxic leaders in the organization and the company is very bureaucratic. While there are some that are now gone, there are still a number that they need to take action on.
