Pros

Work/life balance. Flexibility to work remotely. Benefits package. Respect for personal circumstances. Good place if you think you have reached your professional ceiling and your only aspiration is to take care of your family and make some good money.

Cons

No salary increases for four straight years. No career advancement opportunities. Department full of mediocre individuals. Senior manager rewards brown nowsing while pervasive mediocrity is accepted. Empty promises.

Pros

good salary, some excellents peers, my direct boss is excelent, as guide and as friend, I adore my job, I like to help people to resolve their problems

Cons

Many times there are bad branch managers, specialy mine, he is not qualified to lead a branch or tu have people in charge. There is no relationship between the service that the bank promotes with the number of workers it has in the branches and leaves much to be desired attention we can provide to customers, since the systems are obsolete

Pros

Good work culture, Good pay master though not the best, Good work life balance. Performance driven company. Provides platform to exhibit interpersonal skills.

Cons

A company is only as good as its people and policies. While the policies are quite in place it may not always be easier to find the right people to drive them properly.
