Pros

excellent benefits and profit sharing, with recognition for advancement if performance exceeds expectations. Very nice colleagues to work with

Cons

Hard to move within departments if your boss does not want to let you go, and you get the feeling that some people are already pre selected for this

Pros

1. Extremely friendly and comfortable place to work in at the entry level. 2. Employee engagement scores are impressive. 3. Scope of rapid growth, both vertical and horizontal, are there for the right candidate.

Cons

1. Salary discrepancies extremely high at the same level. 2. Refer item 3 above, growth is rapid for the right candidate, right candidate is the "yes man". 3. Company talks a lot about creating and nurturing leaders, but in pactice extremely conservative approach is taken in operations. 4. Salary increment on performance appraisals every year is extremely low,. 5. No security of job even if you are a hard worker, evidence: recent retrenchments which include top performers. 6. Hypocrisy of top management. Company boasts of openness/transparency in all matters, in reality it is exactly the opposite.
