They might as well start having a canteen facility. Transportation could have been provided to people who come from far. Freshers who wants to join has to undergo the training period of 3 months with a low stipend. No Joining Bonus

My company runs in different sectors. It helps us to learn various technologies. It provides good training for new joiners so that they can have good working experience. The working atmosphere is excellent like all the people will work together.

Cons

My company doesn't have transport facility , and there is no cafeteria facility.
