      Pros

      Nice people and good camaraderie between non-senior management staff. Would work welk as a first springboard into the B2B internet business.

      Cons

      Feels kind of stagnant, like the company isn't going anywhere. Management does not seem that interested in the employees, more interested in getting the profits to a point where they can cash out.

      Intensive 7 week training course in The Netherlands Competitive pay rates, expenses and bonus scheme Excellent support network Approachable senior management Opportunities for growth and progression Regular company updates and nights out Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Lack of structure after the training course - although this is being addressed Lots of travel and nights away from home when on a project Work/life balance can take a temporary hit around project go live - work days can be very long Working remotely can often mean missing out on some of the benefits afforded to office workers
