There have been infrastructure changes throughout the past year due to employment turnover making organization "listen" to what dissatisfactions employees are facing within company. Although there is still a long way to go. There is a need for a better vetting of hiring eg) assistants, better or actual training of new employees especially if they are "green," and overall depending on team/department you are hired for better management training is much needed.
