NorCal Region is clueless riding on a sinking ship

Pros

Good teammates at the lowest level, free coffee, good benefits, and above market pay.

Cons

No training, yet they confuse an overview as training. Management in the NorCal region is clueless and losing money. To cover up that they are losing money they try to shift blame on Account Executives, Account managers, and/or Benefit Analysts. Southern California region is where all the stars and key drivers of revenue are located.

At HUB, we value the opinions of our employees and want to ensure we are providing the best work environment possible. The Northern California Region has been in an organizational transition and we are still working through it. Our hope is that the recent leadership and organizational shifts will allow the Region to continue to grow and move in a positive direction. The recent changes to employee training include regular Employee Benefits Summit Meetings which include financial results, best practices workforce optimization and other HUB news. Additionally, there are monthly team meetings to discuss process improvement, compliance updates, carrier updates and additional value-add topics.
