HUB is an exciting challenge. A company built through acquisition where there is a strong current of entrepreneurship. Opportunities abound at every turn to improve the organization. The company now has the mass to adopt common platforms across all segments and centralize non client facing processes which in turn will save a great deal as well as build a sustainable foundation to grow.
Cons
Senior Management has hesitated to really embrace change and thoughtfully and effectively communicate it to the mass.
