      Pros

      HUB is a very good place to work. Management is supportive and appreciative of our efforts. We are treated fairly and everyone's ideas are respected. There is a high caliber of employee throughout the organization.

      Cons

      The pace of work is fast and people are expected to get things done. Expectations are high for all employees. It can be a little like a fraternity at times.

      Pros

      Great resources if you can get someone to walk you through them all. No one seems to know all of the resources which makes it difficult to deploy them. Their lawyers are amazing! Training is good if you can get it.

      Cons

      They are buying so much business right now they can't control the quality of the people they employ and provide any consistency in their internal business processes. The benefit package is lacking. For a company that sells benefits, they either are struggling to keep costs down so they can buy more business or don't care that the benefits are 'less than'. We had better benefits as a small local brokerage firm before the merger.
