      Pros

      Management gives entry level employees opportunities to seek continuing education, licenses and education. They also give them opportunities to advance or change positions in the company. Competitive, fair & balanced pay structure. In less than 3 years I've been here, I've seen half a dozen employees be promoted and/or move into higher paying positions within the company. The CEO knows your name. He hosts quarterly town halls to keep us informed about the state of our company and expectations from the corporate office. Beer & corn hole game in the hallway once a month on Fridays. Quarterly happy hours. Fun atmosphere!

      Company not interested in being green or reducing carbon footprint.

Making your daily work life an experience where you feel personally appreciated is a big deal. This week we celebrated all employees at our first annual National Employee Appreciation Day. We say thank you to everyone for what they do day in and day out. Monthly Friday beer and corn hole in the hallway sounds like lots fun!
