      Pros

      Great company to work for with excellent career advancement, continuing education, and personal growth opportunities within the company. A very Comprehensive Benefits Package offered to all full-time employees. Conservative (average) Salary Rates at entry-level to senior-level positions, although the company's performance incentives/competitive compensation more than make up for any "average" base salary rates. Much decision-making authority is given to employees, a sense of empowerment in one's job is the norm within most positions at Hub--being a great value-adding aspect of the company.

      Cons

      Management Characteristics reflect that of an Autocratic management style. Most specifically a permissive autocratic whereas direction is given and some personalized employee discretion is permitted.
