Pros

management leaves you along as long as nothing goes wrong

Cons

understaffed, overworked, underpaid and everything goes thru and is blamed on the account manager. remember this place is really a hedge fund investment and it is definitely run like they only care about spreadsheet. hub buys agencies with old principles and bring their accounts under the hub umbrella and tries to sell them the hub way before the principle they bought out retires. I worked at hub a little over a year and it was torture. a thousand things to do and you have an account management system from the early 2000. unless you need a job, stay away from this place - it was by far the worst job I've ever had since leaving college

Pros

Good people to work with at my location. Some of the new technology we've received after being acquired has been very good.

Cons

A focus on acquisitions instead of organic growth can be challenging for some of us. Communication between sites within the region could be better.
