Pros

Amazing job flow from Customer Service to management, so customer needs were met in tidy and rapid manner. Customers are consumers and agents.

Cons

Other marketing and collections require mountains of patience and understanding. Underwriting is supported by marketing and collections and is therefore rather invisible.

Amazing people - most people end up staying because of the close knit bonds that the form with their peers. A corporate company with sensible management instead of a cutthroat mentality.

Cons

Heavy workload - High volume of complaints - High turnover rate which results in overflow falling on existing employees - Need to balance calls & emails - both a high volume
