Cons

to much bureaucracy for such a small company, they sell two products to completely different personas

I can't speak to all areas of the company but the set of Humans I work with is amazing. They're impressive and passionate. They have opinions but work together well. And when someone has PTO or their calendar is blocked for a personal commitment we go out of our way to respect that. Standards are high and reasonable balance is respected. My boss leads by example and is someone I respect who can do my job and more.

Cons

Leadership direction seems to change with the wind. I actually appreciate seeing how nimble we can be but if you like predictability you might not like that.

A leadership churn over that no longer reflects the core values the company pretneds to adhere to Out of touch top heavy leadership causing decision paralysis, whilst the Higher up Execs filter the company profits into bonuses and higher salaries for themselves, way past what they are experienced for or deserve.
