Amazing DNA and R&D, the rest can be improved

Amazing DNA - great smart and fun people within R&D. No competition between workers, fun and great atmosphere, lots to learn in different areas, great R&D management. Pretty good compensation with perks like stipends for growth & development and wellness and a long paternity\maternity leave

Cons

The rest of the company is problematic in terms of the sales org, and upper management always shifting and not performing. The products are good, they just aren't matching product fit and not sold well

None that I can think of.

Cons

For a company that brags about some of the worlds largest customers as their customer, they struggle to break 200 Million in sales. And no matching 401K. Turmoil, bad corporate decisions, infighting, layoffs, turnover, are all part of the experience. Just stay away, you'll be better off for it.

The technology and mission are genuinely impressive—HUMAN is solving real, complex problems in an important space. There's no shortage of smart people here, and some teams have great camaraderie. Flexible remote work is a definite benefit.

Cons

Like any company in a fast-moving industry, there are growing pains—sometimes priorities shift quickly or processes evolve faster than communication can keep up. It’s part of the scaling journey, and most teams are actively working to improve it.
