Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Although it is not always easy to hear tough words, we are grateful for the opportunity to listen, learn and improve. We are fortunate in that we are growing, but that also presents challenges in terms of scaling the company effectively and compassionately. It also means we HAVE to do a better job of attracting a diverse pool of talented humans and enrich, develop and retain them.
