Thank you for this review. I’m sad to see you’re no longer with us and some of your feedback was tough to read. On the positive side, it is nice to see that you had a good experience with our team, enjoyed autonomy, and appreciated our modern tech/tools. With respect to your stated concerns:
As someone who joined HUMAN in May, I am happy that as the leadership team, we are aligned on the company strategy and product vision, as well as the attributes that make up an exceptional workplace
We're growing, and have already taken steps to recognize our best and brightest across all departments, plus we have engaged our folks to help us improve from within - as an example, our employee experience and culture hackers to feed new ideas and jumpstart programs
As a for-profit enterprise we recognize that being profitable allows us to survive, help our people to thrive and to fund our mission which is to safeguard the integrity of the internet. Just look up how we discovered and then worked with industry to bring down the Pareto botnet
Yes, work-life balance in Tech is hard, and in a pandemic it is harder still. There are a few programs we are actively working to rollout that helps
