There are some diamonds in the rough. Some good humans.

Cons

Leadership makes poor decisions and supports bad apples. Lots of gaslighting. Supportive of antagonistic managers. Lies constantly. Knowingly has a bad workplace environment and wont address it. Has no problem burning bridges. They definitely are not kind to their employees once you get past the surface. Vindictive. They allow and promote other employees (current/former) to stalk and harass current and former employees. They build a surveillance apparatus, and abuse it, intentionally avoiding security controls and auditing capabilities. As described by a former founder "a facepalm factory."

The people working here are some of the brightest but unfortunately they may all start to leave

For the most part, leadership is awful. Bless the female VP in leadership - can't fathom half the things she has to deal with Lots of inequity in the workplace. Pay, equity for selective people, leveling, and promotions just to name a few CEO is in denial of the damages post acquisition caused
