Deeply technical environment. Research and empirical evidence are the baseline to every operation and decision. Strong moral footing. Incredible people. Plenty of opportunities internally to shine.

Cons

Without strong proactive strategy, reactivity can reign. Detection team often gets all the attention when the company is full of amazing humans :D

Pros

PTO flexibility Good people in IC positions, some good managers.

Cons

The new senior leadership is awful (except for the one female VP) The new board/powers that be are squeezing the company dry, disregarding people's thoughts, feelings and complaints. People are leaving en masse. Complete disregard for culture, good working environment, and company vibe - this used to be a staple of White Ops/HUMAN Security. CEO does not seem to care anymore. No equity except for a select few. Sideways responses to any questions or concerns. New leadership only cares about revenue. Very difficult to advance. Highly recommend looking somewhere else.

Fast Moving Company going through Growing Pains

We are a fast moving tech company going through hyper growth phase. with that does come growing pains and changes (be it management and processes) but the positives outweigh the negatives right now. we have amazing tech, brilliant humans... i believe in it. I’m here for the ride
