- There are great people around the company to work with - One of the founders is thinking two steps ahead, but he is having less and less of a role in the company everyday - The employees/humans do care about the mission - Whiskey bar in the back room

Cons

- Women leadership is on the decline - High executive turnover - Leadership refuses to deal with harassment claims and instead value seniority over safety
