After thinking hard, the only thing I can mention worth highlighting in this section is the free food they offer.

Cons

All future joiners, Beware. This place has the worst pay packages. The management is also too arrogant to consider your needs and requirements. They want you to adjust to a terrible work-life balance and have no mental peace. These awful people also set crazy schedules and make your personal life and relationships more strained.

This company is going under. They had 12 sales associates and within 1 year pared it down to 2. They have had two rounds of layoffs in the last six months across multiple channels. This is a sinking ship.

You get paid. Honestly, that's about it. I really can't think of anything else positive about this company. Don't work here.

Cons

Everything else. Atmosphere, environment, culture. Leadership became toxic and some shouldn't have been in leadership roles. Workload is completely unreasonable, pay is low and the only way to make more is to take on more work. They will force you to prove your salary history, so hopefully you didn't have a bad job before because they will use it to underpay you. Bottom line, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE.
