No big brother, over your shoulder, micro management

Cons

Inappropriate behavior at the senior management level that was swept under the rug. No work/life balance. Low Pay - very unrealistic payout, never materializes. Extremely weak HR.

There isn't a pro to working for this awful place.

Cons

The way the management treats the employees is very toxic and awful. It treats the employees as easily dispensable. The managers are more focused on exploiting us and maximizing our workload than providing a more productive work environment for us. If you want a decent salary and enough room for growth, you're gonna have to find those someplace else.
