If you're desperate to get some experience, maybe it's worth a quick stop. But even then, I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

Cons

- The pressure placed on employees is extreme, especially for how little we're paid. - The benefits are barely there, offering next to nothing in terms of real support or security - Management keeps people stuck in place with no clear path to grow or move up. - Long-term employment here makes no sense unless you enjoy being undervalued and overworked. - The stress is constant, the pay is insulting, and the reward for all your effort is just burnout and frustration.
