- Great pay for a startup environment - base pay/equity packages - Culture-focused and values-driven tone at the top. Employees have a voice and are heard if they have feedback or suggestions for improvement. - Socially responsible organization that cares about the community (Fighting Hunger, chef empowerment, etc.). - High performers can accelerate quickly - your ability to "own" your role and add value is noticed and rewarded. Employees feel empowered. - Amazing food in the office - lunch multiple times per week.

Cons

They Hire managers who have absolutely no idea how to be a manager, micromanagement, hire/fire culture, you better make your goal or they will fire you. Sketchy business practices. Will call you while you’re on vacation to make sure you’re working. Lie to clients. Managers will steal accounts that were not earned. Toxic culture. If you want a long term job - don’t work here.

We appreciate the input on our management style. We're always iterating in every aspect of our business practices, and sales is no exception. While sales remains a performance-based function, we have implemented more ways to assist the reps who aren't yet hitting their goals, including improved initial training, PIPs, and an elongated runway to build momentum after training. We aim high here at HUNGRY, and we won't stop raising the bar, but we are willing to help grow our employees to reach their highest potential.
