Issues with pay. Paycheck was regularly short/incorrect and was repeatedly assured that the situation would be remedied with little to no results.

- Great team, will learn and grow a lot, and will see amazing leadership from the top. - Will receive some stock at the beginning with more opportunities later on.

Cons

- Lower than market pay - No health insurance

Early mornings. Have to be in the office around 5:45-6am Must be willing to hop on any task, even if it is not under job description
