As a higher level employee, there are few pros to working here.

Cons

No work-life balance. Far too much expected with far too little pay. Small incentives like "employee of week" do not cover up for having to work 24/7.

There are some nice people there. The office is centrally located and the paychecks came on time

Cons

Where do I begin? Where do I end? It felt at times that you needed to remind them that you're an actual person. It got to the point where it was just heartbreaking. The workload is something serious and these people will squeeze you dry and keep on squeezing. The owners are solely focused on the bottom line and health insurance was double the cost of my previous job. If you love yourself, work somewhere else.
