The company offers freedom , challenge and good learning . the company is highly process oriented and focusses lot on DBS . Many cons, my list may not end . they do not believe in smart work. Glued to the ancient process and wants to drive every process from sales and marketing prospective. The more you do the expectation becomes larger. Heap amount of pressure for unnecessary reasons. Unwanted calls on a regular basis. Not a employee centric organisation They just go behind numbers and nothing else No benefits for employees No work-life balance
