      Research and Development has been creating breakthrough technologies for many years. Hach truly cared for your career development and provides not only training, but hands on experience to practice what you learn.

      Cons

      Hach is looking for people who want to be challenged, who want to grow and who want to impact the world by fulfilling our mission of achieving life's potential. If you just want to punch the clock and collect a paycheck, you will be very unhappy here.

      Pros

      Company mission to help ensure clean water for all. Compensation, although the comp plan is too complicated. Brand recognition and products. Coworkers are great.

      Cons

      Comp plan and account segmentation is so complicated, the business logistics team that is charged with managing the data and CRM can't even figure it out. Management expects you to work 12-14 hours a day, on weekends and when you are on vacation, and does not respect your non-work hours, that is unless you are the type that likes getting bombarded with emails at night and on weekends. Management has their heads stuck in meaningless dashboards.
