Pros

Hard working and dedicated employees, really enjoy working with many of my colleagues. Many career advancement opportunities through the Danaher companies. Strong brand recognition.

Cons

Expectations are often extreme and come at the expense of the employee and often the customer. Work life balance is not encouraged, in fact opposite is expected. Constant pressure to be lean has sacrificed quality, which is starting to affect the brand.

Organization is good in terms of On-time salary, employee benefit, variables etc

Cons

Those who doesnt have family members, friends, relatives, personal life can work here. It really worst work life, full time calls, need to work even if you are on leave, can join calls, continous/ never endless mails, late nights, early mornings, weekends. only work & internal higher position people can shout at their reportees.
