What Hach calls Process the rest of Corporate America would call Gross Mismanagement. Fail Fast due to lack of planning and clear vision while iterating thru fixes Is Not Process! If you enjoy doing your work over and over because the requirements are never properly framed by your leader the 1st, 2nd, 3rd... time, you'd love it here. If you enjoy having your hair set on fire regularly because your leader decided to make a material change over night with effectively zero detailed planning, you'd love it here. If you think every "leadership" request should be a drop everything and make it happen fire-drill, you'd love it here. If you enjoy getting emailed on your days off and expected to respond to them, if you're lucky enough to even be able to take days off that is, you'd love it here. If you think Work-Life balance is a ludicrous concept, you'd love it here. If you are/were an employee in Sales/SalesOps and can relate to this post, Like it so those considering working at Hach are given fair warning before they accept their jobs.
