      Decent benefits,company car, laptop, call phone. All other perks have been taken away.

      Cons

      No work life balance Forced to work off the clock You are only a number too them Very high turn around Not paid for 1.5 hours of travel a day Little too no raise year after year Your performance is rated on factors you have little to no control over You spend a lot of time in hotels Promotions not based on knowledge of job but based on personal relationships instead

      Great team environment, plenty of room to grow, very flexible schedule, pays well and the work we do is rewarding

      Cons

      Largest down side is the lack of opportunity to work off site. Another would be the location of the company.

      Flexible hours, fair market salary, and very good benefits

      Cons

      Computers where old and replacements where very under powered for the job, benefits where dwindling, constant changing how software developers where rated annually and change might be done at the end of the year so basically you don't know what you're working standard is, and management is geared toward manufacturing not software development
