      Good product vertical and good reach in market earlies to 2k this is monopoly in premium brabd

      Worst top management. Very bad business strategies no growth in revenue.

      1. Hach leverages a lot of DBS ( Danaher Business System) tools from Danaher and this can be a great value add for Management professionals to learn and grow and add value to themselves 2. The organisation provides an entry to Danaher and Associates are encouraged to move internally to grow their career and realize their potential 3. Working in Hach for a couple of years is a great learning experience and it teaches a lot in Problem Solving and disciplined execution excellence

      1. The culture of High Expectations has led Danaher and Hach to win in the market place in an accelerated manner, not everyone will love the pace of activities at Hach / Danaher 2. The focus on process requires being disciplined & regular in way of working and being able to meet timelines and multiple deliverable day in and day out , month in and month out

      Cons

      Terrible managment - they only look at datasheets, tables, numbers. Promised to pay the annual bonus but never did. They always ask you how much money did you bring this week and how much money will you bring next week.
