      Good place to work in Nothern Colorado but not to build a career

      Pros

      Nothern Colorado is a great place to live and Hach offers flexible schedules, good pay, great benefits, and a place to learn a lot about the business world. A lot of very smart people working in this building! If you put your mind to it you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Opportunitites for career advancement are reserved to a few selected MBAs and there is not a real process for talent management. Some departments are doing better than other but still not a real process.

      Great colleagues and friendly, helpful people. Best of tools and technologies. Good customer focus. Opportunity to work in a global corp.

      Cons

      Bottom line and process driven (danaher business system) to the extreme. Short staffed and creativity comes only from new acquisitions.
